Welcome to the 2025 US Branch AGM information page. We are excited to be meeting in Dunedin, Florida from the 23rd to the 26th of October, 2025. Dunedin is a favorite with our members and we look forward to seeing many of our cousins from around the United States, as well as visitors from other countries. Whether you plan to relax in the sun or attend the many events we have planned, you are sure to enjoy a memorable gathering of old friends and new acquaintances.

Officer Meetings and General Meeting The Council Meeting will be held on Friday morning, October 24th. The General Meeting, to which all members are invited, will be held on Saturday morning, October 25th.

Hotel Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly. The room rate is $159.00 +Room Tax (Clan Macpherson Rate). The rate is valid for 30 days prior-to and after the AGM (come early or stay late). Be sure to identify yourself as part of Clan Macpherson group.

The deadline for hotel reservation is September 20, 2025. Hotel bookings are first come first served. Deposits are refundable. BOOK NOW. Reservations after September 20th on an "as available" basis.

AGM Fee includes the Cocktail Reception and Formal Dinner with hosted bar on Friday Night, the Annual Meeting on Saturday Morning, the Pipes and Drums concert on Saturday afternoon, the Whisky Tasting on Saturday afternoon, the Celeidh with full buffet dinner and hosted bar on Saturday Night, the Kirkin’ O’ the Tartan on Sunday morning, and the BBQ/Picnic on Sunday afternoon.

The Sunset Dolphin Cruise is $35 cash per person, paid separately at the AGM registration desk.
